One of the most frequently recommended treatments of Paratyphoid by Veterinarians. 

Also used for E-Coli and bacterial infections such as Hemophiliacs (a respiratory infection). 

Preferably on the food. The dosage is 10 g per kg (2.2 lbs) food during 6 days. When administrated by water, the dosage is 5 g per liter drinking water during 6 days.

Usual treatment is 5-7 days, but for Paratyphoid use for 14 days.

During the use of antibacterial medicine that are quite heavy on the intestinal flora, we advice the use of Probiotics during the whole cure and a few week after the end of the cure.
